Aspect remodeled our condo kitchen 4 years ago. Terrific job. They just gutted and remodeled our master bath. They’ve gotten even better in the last 4 years. Very high quality work, attention to detail. They clean up every day, don’t leave tools or debris. Even subs (plumbing and electrical) are professional, courteous and neat. We hired Aspect to do a full kitchen demo/remodel which included overlaying all of the wood floors in 1/2 of our house and refinishing plaster ceilings and walls. They were recommended to us by Joni Zimmerman, DSI. She designed our fabulous kitchen for us. This is a project we had been planning for years so when the time came for us to get moving we were so ready! As life likes to do, things went sideways right before the start of the project (lost our dog, elderly family struggles). Ryan, Kevin and crew were so kind and accommodating. Placing a temp wall for us (not planned) so our family living with us were less “annoyed” by the banging and sawing etc. Every step of the way they communicated with us when the inevitable curve balls arose. They are kind, caring and skilled! Truly the perfect combination. Needless to say any work we will do in our home will happily be given to Aspect. They went above and beyond every step of the way and we are forever grateful for their support throughout this project. They enabled a very stressful situation to be as easy as possible. We had an unfinished basement converted into an apartment. I have had many interactions with contracting companies due to my work as a realtor and Aspect Contracting was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Initially, they came out and looked at our project and came back with drawings and an estimate with a quick turnaround. We loved their design and the price was reasonable. They assured us they could find the material even though there was a shortage so we chose Aspect for this project. Their communication was great and always readily available any time we had questions or concerns. We changed some things mid-way through our project. They were professional and made the changes without complaint. They found a door that was back ordered to replace our sliding glass door in record time after one of the changes. The work was outstanding. I will absolutely, without reservation, use Aspect again for our kitchen renovation as well as referring them to my clients.

I had Aspect contracting do some work in my home and I couldn’t be happier with them! They were always on time and kept my place very clean in the process. When I am ready for more home renovations/remodels I will not be speaking to any other company. Aspect will be the only call I make!

Aspect Contracting is extraordinary. Hire them; you won’t regret it. That is the short review. The long review: Over a year into our whole house renovation, we had to part ways with our previous contractor. A designer at DSI Solutions recommended we contact Aspect Contracting and we will forever be grateful. Our experience with Aspect Contracting gave us faith in humanity again. The owners (Ryan and Kevin) displayed true empathy. Our project was a frustrating and complicated situation, but Ryan agreed to assess the property with his trusted work crews. (No A or B teams—just their team that does quality work.) They inherited a mess but remained positive, professional and competent. In fact, about a week after the company began work, we thought, “So this is what it is supposed to be like!” Aspect Contracting is fantastic. They are truly honest and possess authentic integrity. They are communicative, adaptive and efficient. They honestly explained problems they discovered and presented us options. Everyone (yes, everyone) from the office staff to the site manager to the cleaning crew is objectively competent, professional and friendly. All the crews are talented and produce quality results. They also did an exemplary job mitigating defective work in our project, showing tenacity and patience as they diligently dealt a plethora of problems not of their making. We are extremely pleased with their work. If we had hired Aspect Contracting originally, our renovation would have been beautifully done on schedule and in budget. Great people doing great work. So back to my short review: Aspect Contracting is extraordinary. Hire them; you won’t regret it.

Ryan and his crew have done amazing work on several major projects for me. From 2 major bathroom overhauls to an updating of my fireplace and mantel, I keep going back to him. Not only has the quality of workmanship been top notch, his level of service has made the remodel as painless as possible. I would highly recommend him.
